| 1. | It is each manager's responsibility to ensure his team is at the shuttle bus pick-up point, allocated to his team, on time. Pick-up points have been arranged as near as possible to the teams' hotels, but some walking may be required to get to the pick-up point, so allow plenty of time. |
| 2. | The bus will only wait two minutes at each stop and move on. |
| 3. | Teams must use the bus allocated where that is indicated on the timetable.
This is so each team can be at the pitches in time for their first kick-off. On a few designated journeys, slightly more than 53 persons have been allocated to use the bus. Being U/10, the players are permitted to sit 3 to a seat for the short journey. |
| 4. | If a club starting later in the day would prefer to be picked up at an alternative point, because they are visiting an attraction in the centre of Blackpool, they MUST notify the shuttle bus co-ordinator, Willie McEwan, the previous day. |
| 5. | If no specific bus is allocated for a group, it may use the first available shuttle bus. Times are shown on the timetable. |
| 6. | Seats are on a first come, first served basis. |
| 7. | Where no pick-ups are listed on the timeable, the buses' route will be from
The Cabin, straight along the Promenade, Squire's Gate to the parks. If you are visiting the town between games let the driver know when you get dropped off, where you want to be picked up. |
| 8. | The Organisers will make every attempt to stick to the timetable as printed but accept no liability if buses run late due to traffic conditions in Blackpool. |
