OPENING RECEPTION:
Our opening reception and cabaret evening for team leaders and other adults will be held in the HORSESHOE BAR, which is situated right outside the main entrance to the Pleasure Beach. Teams will be welcomed by a representative from the Blackpool Borough Council and the Tournament organisers. After the official welcome a top class cabaret act will entertain the team managers and other guests.

At this reception, teams will receive a list of their opponents' colours.

The opening reception will be held at 8:00 PM on Friday, April 9th in THE HORSEHOE BAR. Please make every effort to attend.

Perhaps you would like to hand over a gift to the representative of Blackpool Council as a goodwill gesture from your club and/or town.

WEATHER:

The Blackpool Cup this year is being held in Mid April, and cold winds are common in the area. Please make sure, therefore, that you and your players are clothed suitably to keep out the elements. Even in April, the tournament will be an enjoyable experience. But it could be ruined for some of your players if they are cold and miserable.

Wear suitable clothing.
